Cybersecurity and digital education course in schools - October 2023
The cybersecurity and digital education course represented a natural continuation of the success achieved with the " Cybersecurity Summer Bootcamp " project, being adapted for the formal educational environment.
The project was implemented in schools and high schools in Covasna, Slobozia and Bucharest, with the objective of introducing students to the fundamental concepts of cyber security directly in the classrooms.
Activities included demonstrations on the importance of strong passwords, simulations on identifying phishing attempts and interdisciplinary lessons that connected technology with school subjects, providing engaging and relevant content.

The program was carried out in collaboration with the teaching staff, ensuring that the materials presented complemented the existing curriculum. This approach facilitated the integration of cybersecurity concepts in a pedagogical and practical way for students.
At the end of the project, we collected feedback from both students and teachers to assess the impact of the initiative and identify opportunities for improvement for future editions.
Through this course, we aimed to help educate a generation of young people aware of digital risks and prepared to navigate responsibly in the world of technology, while strengthening the link between the educational community and the field of cyber security.
